Terms of Service

1. The service

SaaS Health Score (llab08, Hong Kong) generates automated, AI-assisted assessments of software businesses from publicly available website content and the information you provide. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. No professional advice

Scores, narratives and chat answers are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are provided for general information only and are not financial, investment, legal, tax or acquisition advice. Do not make decisions based solely on this service.

3. Acceptable use

• Only submit websites you are permitted to have crawled and analyzed.
• Do not submit confidential data you are not authorized to share.
• Do not attempt to overload, probe or circumvent limits of the service.
• Do not use the service to target internal, private or non-public systems.

4. Accounts, prices and payment

Running an analysis requires signing in. Each account may run one analysis free of charge (Quick Scan or Full Analysis). After that, each analysis costs US$0.99 per site, and follow-up chat on a report costs US$3.99 per report, which allows up to 50 questions on that report. Each is a one-time payment made through Stripe Checkout before the analysis runs or the chat opens; there is no subscription and nothing renews. Stripe emails a receipt to the address you give at checkout. PDF export of your own reports is free.

If a paid analysis fails to complete, its credit is returned so you can run another analysis at no charge. Payments are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law; if we do refund a payment, an analysis credit or chat access that has not been used yet is withdrawn. We may limit the number of analyses per account or network per day to prevent abuse.

5. Content and ownership

You retain rights to the information you submit. You grant us a licence to process it to provide the service. Reports are for your own use; we may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the product.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, llab08, Hong Kong is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination and changes
