Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

SaaS Health Score is operated by llab08, Hong Kong. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@llab08.com.

2. What we collect

• Evaluation inputs: the website URL you submit, the persona and mode you choose, and any questionnaire answers (business metrics such as MRR, churn, runway). You should only submit information you are permitted to share.
• Crawled content: publicly accessible pages of the submitted website, fetched by our crawler to produce the report.
• Account data: if you sign in with Google or GitHub we receive your email address and provider user id. We do not receive your password.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. For each purchase we store what it paid for (one analysis and its request, or chat on one report), its status, the amount and currency, and the Stripe Checkout Session and payment identifiers. We pass your sign-in email to Stripe so it can send your receipt. We never see or store card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address (stored with each evaluation and with your free-analysis record, to limit free analyses per network per day), request logs, and error reports.

3. How we use it

To generate and store your evaluation reports and chat history, to take payments and keep track of your credits, to operate abuse limits, to secure and debug the service, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

4. Third-party processors

Evaluation content is sent to large-language-model providers (OpenAI and/or Anthropic) to produce analysis. The submitted domain is also sent to Google PageSpeed Insights and Mozilla HTTP Observatory for performance and security scoring. Payments are handled by Stripe; hosting is on Vercel and our own servers; error monitoring may use Sentry. Each processor handles data under its own terms.

5. Retention

Evaluations, chat history and payment records are retained while your account exists. Evaluations submitted without signing in (before sign-in became required) are retained until you request deletion. Signed-in users can delete this product's stored evaluations, chat sessions and subscription row from Settings. Payment records and the record that your free analysis was used are kept, because we need them for accounting and to honour unused credits; they are deleted when the shared llab08 sign-in account is deleted. Deleting data in Settings does not delete that shared sign-in account, which is programme-wide across llab08 products. You can also email hello@llab08.com to request deletion.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email hello@llab08.com to exercise them.
